It is necessary to design the upper part of a houseboat, which includes a living module with terraces. The project should be modular to allow for easy assembly on-site. The overall size of the platform for the house is 9x4 meters.
Dimensions:
• The maximum dimensions of the living area should correspond to the platform size of 9x4 meters.
• Two terraces are required: one larger and one smaller.
Materials:
• Exterior Finish: High-quality mirror glass. Color – RAL 7024 (graphite) or close to white.
• Roof: Provide space for the installation of solar panels, storage for SUP boards, and a water tank, as well as stairs.
Requirements:
1. Modularity: Maximize the production of the main parts of the house in the factory with the possibility of easy assembly on-site.
2. Terraces: There should be one large and one smaller terrace.
3. Engineering Systems: The project should provide space for the installation of engineering systems (solar panels, water tanks, inverter, batteries).
