Hужно настроить потоки в hls ( можно с нуля)

1. Нужно чтоб потоки icecast перезапускались после их отвала
2. Нужно сделать так чтоб "если" какое то время не прослушивались потоки hls то isecast переставали "временно" тянуть трафик ибо чтоб находились в "спящем" состояние и не напраягали проц и не ели трафик в холостую.
4. Нужно чтоб метаданные передавались с icecast потоков на hls, есть пару hls потоков на которых есть метаданные https://d91tq6k13m4rj.cloudfront.net/96k/rm.m3u8
5. Нужно вести мониторинг сколько подключилось к hls потоку
6. Нужно максимально создать один конфиг с добавлением isecast потоков типа nginx.conf
