Это клиент серверное приложение, с толстым сервером. Продукт можно реализовать только путем разбора данных, куда и что отправляться на сервер ic, а этого куча запросов. Для начала необходимо выполнить декодирование исходного кода клиента, разобраться что с ним, все усложнено наличием обусфактора. Так же продукт обновляется, то есть запросы могут меняться, и для выгрузки так же нужно будет проделывать корректировки. Это очень дорогое решение, далеко выходящие за рамки 7 тыс грн (300$). К сожалению не силен в C#, по этому сам создавал такой проект. Те специалисты которые могут, что то сделать, это от 1.5 к. Евро, плюс цена поддержки в месяц . На рынке полно решений по предоставлению готовых прайсов, по этому дешевле и выгоднее использовать их.
