Требуется создать загрузчик данных из XLS файла в CRM Bitrix24 (облако)
с изменением статуса сделки , созданием нового контакта и добавлением данных по определенным
категориям контакта.
Загрузчик ежедневный.
Очень грубо указан пример.
Размер файла рабочий до 500кбайт
Разовый - 5 MB ( выгрузка за год )
Данные выгружаются из 10 - 15 ячеек.

По вашей задаче решение следующее:
1.Нужен выделенный сервер, на котором будет размещен скрипт
2. Есть 2 варианта:
- Скрипт ежедневно забирает данные из файла, который лежит в определенной папке на сервере
- Скрипт забирает данные из гугл документа
3. Не совсем понятно, что подразумевается под категориями, мы можем создавать связанные сделку + контакт, категорию передавать в пользовательские поля типа список

4. По каким параметрам должна происходить проверка наличия контакта, сделки в crm?
Для реализации необходмо:
- админ доступ на портал для создания полей и создания вебхука
- доступ на сервер по ssh
- google sheet api key в json формате, или доступ к аккаунту google (в случае работы с гугл таблицами)
