Ставку не роблю, але підкажу як було у компанії, де я працював: такого бюджету вистачить хіба що на роботу верстальника (саме тексту) і трохи на копірайтера + можливо потрібен буде дизайнер трохи. Матеріал дуже сирий + потрібно копіратеру не просто зробити придатний до сприйняття текст, а ще й розібратися глибоко у темі. 1 виконавця тут буде очевидно мало, на вашому місці я почав би саме з тексту і технічної частини.
