CRM Integrator / Technical Analyst for PPC
Goal: to set up a tracking and synchronization system for leads from PPC advertising (Google Ads) between clients' CRM and the agency's internal accounting.
Main tasks:
* Analyze the current process of obtaining leads from Google Ads advertising (calls, applications, forms).
* Propose and implement a CRM system for the agency from scratch.
* Ensure automatic data transfer of leads to both the internal CRM and the clients' CRM.
* Implement tracking of lead sources (UTM tags, campaign, ad, keywords).
* Set up a system for quality control of leads and the ability to reconcile actual applications with advertising.
* Build a dashboard or report for analyzing results.
Requirements:
* Experience with CRM integrations via API, Webhook, or services like Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n.
* Good understanding of PPC advertising principles, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
* Experience in implementing or configuring CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Zoho, AmoCRM, or others).
* Ability to build data transfer logic and structure processes.
* Experience with Google Sheets API, AppScript, or other reporting tools is a plus.

* Help choose the optimal CRM for the agency.
* Implement an integration that allows seeing real leads simultaneously for us and for clients.
* Build a system that allows tracking the quality and source of each lead.
