I have implemented similar tasks for CRM integration (specifically, KeyCRM) with DWH, although in Python. Since I am also proficient in PHP, understanding your current code and adding new entities will not be a problem.
Data can be exported in various ways. To correctly expand the integration (add contacts, graphs) and not disrupt the current data processing logic, I will need to familiarize myself with the existing scripts.
