Project Description

We are looking for a developer to enhance our online store on the Shopify platform. The main goal is to automate the registration and verification process for medical school students before making purchases.

Main Functionality

1. Student Registration
   • Students register in their college's CRM system.
   • After successful registration, the system sends an email to the student with a unique link to our Shopify store.
2. Student Verification
   • When clicking on the unique link, the student is directed to the verification page.
   • They enter:
     • First Name
     • Last Name
     • Student Email
     • Student ID
   • This data is sent via API to the college's CRM for verification.
   • If the student is active, they gain access to the store.
   • If the student is not verified, a corresponding notification with instructions is displayed.
3. Personalized Catalog
   • After successful verification, the student sees the uniform approved for their educational institution.
   • The display options for products depend on the data received from the CRM.
   • The uniform is provided to students for free, but they pay for shipping costs.
4. Ordering Process
   • The student adds the uniform to the cart.
   • During checkout, they choose a delivery method:
     • To College
     • To Home
   • The system records all order data and sends it to the CRM.
   • The student only pays for shipping.
5. Reporting and Analytics
   • The administrator should be able to:
     • View the list of students who did not click on the unique link.
     • Generate reports on the number of orders.
     • Analyze sales statistics of uniforms by colleges.

Technical Requirements

• CRM Integration: API connection with college CRM systems to verify student status.
• Generation of Unique Links: Automatic sending of emails with unique links to Shopify.
• Shopify Customization: Setting up a personalized catalog based on CRM data.
• Reporting: Development of an analytics dashboard to track orders.
