Розумію всі переваги саме CRM системи, а також добре знаю KeyCRM. Є таке нестандартне питання до вас: а чи є у вас облікова система 1С чи BAS? Не розглядали ви коли-небудь інтеграцію ботів, а також штучного інтелекту саме з обліковою системою? Просто цікава ваша думка на таку можливість, якщо можна?

Плюс к этому, как я писал в ТЗ - хочу независимый скрипт/ ПО - которое можно интегрировать в любую система будь то Zoho, SalesForce, 1c, keycrm и тд

Создать полноценную AI на PHP - нереально. Потому как помимо создания базы знаний необходим еще и процесс машинного обучения. Простое подключение клинта к chatGPT не решит ваши специфические задачи. В вашем случае вариант создания чат бота со структуринованой базой знаний. С этим могу помочь. Стучите.

Для ваших целей (правда пока непонятно насколько сложные и многоуровневые будут сценарии) вполне пожет подойти интеграция с Dialogflow.
Сценарии, обучение и корректировка модели проводится там через вебинтерфейс.
Делал несколько проэктов на python используя этот сервис.
Есть клиент и для PHP.

Не стал бы уповать на облачные решения, особенно Google. Накроется медным тазом как и Google+. А из-за их решения по AI, которое недавно крупно облажалось на элементарном вопросе, G потерял 9% рейтинга и $100 млрд.
