Integration of Pipedrive and Telegram for customer segmentation
It is necessary to create an integration solution that will work with the CRM Pipedrive database and automate work with clients in Telegram.
Functional requirements:
1. Search for clients in Telegram by numbers from Pipedrive:
The integration should take contact details (phone numbers) from the Pipedrive database and find the corresponding users in Telegram.
2. Segmentation by payment status: After users are found in Telegram, they need to be automatically divided into groups depending on whether they have paid for services or not.
3. Sorting by amount and products: It is necessary to implement the ability to sort clients in Telegram groups by the amount of the check and by specific products they have paid for.
4. Organization of groups in Telegram: As a result of the integration, separate groups for different categories of clients (for example, a group for those who paid for a specific product) should be created in the new Telegram account, and in these groups, sorting by the amount of the check will be possible.
Thus, it will be necessary to set up an integration that connects Pipedrive and Telegram, automatically searches for clients by numbers, segments them by statuses and amounts, and distributes them into corresponding groups in Telegram.

Integration architecture:
1. Data synchronization: Backend (Python/Node.js) with Pipedrive API → extracting contacts, invoices, products
2. Search in Telegram: Telegram Client API (not Bot API!) for searching users by phone numbers and adding them to groups
3. Automatic segmentation: Creating dynamic groups based on rules (paid/not paid, product X, amount > Y)
4. Webhook logic: Automatic group updates when changes occur in Pipedrive (new payment → move to another group)
