Budget: 25000 EUR Deadline: 21 days
We can approach this as the !!first technical stage!! - Shopify - Allegro, inventory, currencies, language fields, Allegro's requirements for product cards, and preparation of the scheme for the next European marketplaces =)
Regarding the timeline - approximately 21 days for catalog audit, exchange scheme, launching the first stable export, and checking inventory updates. The estimate for the first stage is 65,000 UAH, and further regular participation should be calculated separately after the volume of the catalog and the number of manual exceptions become clear.
We have worked with e-commerce, product processes, integrations, and admin panels, where not only product cards are important, but also data stability, money, and responsibility for errors. At the start, I would not reduce this to manual product transfer - a proper category model, attribute mapping, translations, currency control, error log, and a clear process for the warehouse in Slovakia are needed. This is necessary to ensure that regular work does not turn into an endless manual routine.
> What is the volume of the catalog - the number of products, variations, and whether there are different warehouses?
> Is it necessary to add the Polish language in Shopify, or is a separate prepared feed for Allegro sufficient?

Launching a Shopify store on the Polish Allegro with inventory synchronization, adding the Polish language, and setting up currencies is a task that requires knowledge of both platforms and an understanding of the middleware between them. I have over 8 years of experience with e-commerce integrations, including marketplace connections, catalog synchronization, multilingual support, and multi-currency — exactly the stack of tasks you have.
Here’s how I see the implementation:
Shopify → Allegro Integration: There is no official integration in the Shopify App Store; the connection requires a third-party tool. The optimal option is BaseLinker or Koongo:
BaseLinker allows you to integrate Shopify with Allegro, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces so that products appear simultaneously on different sales channels. This covers catalog, inventory, order, and price synchronization. An alternative — Koongo synchronizes product, inventory, and price data automatically on each connected marketplace.
Polish Language: I will add Polish translation in Shopify (Shopify Markets / Translate & Adapt or Weglot), and for Allegro — translation of listings through BaseLinker or a separate workflow.
Currencies: Setting up PLN through Shopify Markets + correct display of prices in zlotys on Allegro.
Inventory: When a customer purchases a product on Allegro, the integration system automatically reduces the stock quantity in Shopify and vice versa — this prevents overselling.
Scaling: The architecture through BaseLinker/Koongo will allow connecting other European marketplaces (Amazon DE/PL, eBay, Kaufland) without reworking.
Two clarifications: how many SKUs are currently in the catalog and do you already have a seller account on Allegro.pl? This will affect the choice of the integrator's pricing plan and the scope of work for category mapping.

Hello. The main thing here is not just to "export to Google Sheets," but to ensure that the data can be trusted: schedule, clear fields, protection against duplicates, and proper error diagnostics.
Here’s how I would approach it:
1. First, I will fix the structure of the indicators: which KPIs, where we take them from 1C/BAS, and into which cells/sheets we place them.
2. I will create a separate layer for data exchange with the Google Sheets API: scheduled updates, checking for empty/broken data, logging.
3. If two-way exchange is needed, I will separately secure the script for writing back to avoid accidentally corrupting the data in the database.
4. In the end, I will leave clear instructions: where to change the schedule, how to check the last run, what to do in case of an error.
I have experience with automation/API pipelines and systems where business data must reliably flow into Telegram/tables/CRM without manual hassle.
Regarding timelines: the target is 7 days. As for the budget: 18,000 — after a brief clarification of the technical specifications, I will confirm, but that’s the range.
I can start with a mini-audit of the table structure and suggest the simplest reliable implementation option.

Good day, Oleksandr!
I can help with the integration of the Shopify store with Allegro and further scaling to other European marketplaces.
I work with Shopify, API integrations, and ecommerce automation, so I can take on both the technical setup and the operational part of synchronizing products, stock, currencies, and localization.
What I can implement:
— Shopify ↔ Allegro integration
— Stock and price synchronization
— Proper functioning of currencies and languages
— Preparation of Polish localization
— Feed / API setup
— Automatic product updates
— Basic optimization of the structure for marketplaces
I can also assist with:
— Other EU marketplace integrations
— Automation of ecommerce processes
— Shopify apps / webhook logic
— Support and development of the system
Regarding the initial integration:
— If the catalog is small (up to ~200 products), the estimated cost of integration is: 650 USD
— Timeline: 7-10 days
Further regular support is possible on an hourly basis or fixed monthly.
I can start with an audit of the current Shopify configuration and propose the best integration scheme with Allegro without duplicating processes manually.

We are a custom printing production on clothing and DTF transfers. We use a specialized site on WooCommerce, where the cost of products (for example, custom film transfers) is often calculated per square inch or depends on the volume and does not have a fixed price per unit, but there are also physical products. We need an experienced specialist in GTM/GA4 to fix our tracking architecture and replace the current temporary solutions with full-fledged e-commerce tracking. Current tracking issues that need to be fixed: Broken "Add to Cart": The current setup is a temporary solution (a workaround), where the add_to_cart event triggers during the loading of the view_cart page, rather than upon the actual click of the button. Missing/Incorrect values: E-commerce data is not being sent properly (Data Layer sends false for e-commerce, and the product prices are displayed incorrectly, for example, 0.03 CAD instead of the dynamically calculated price). Bug with quantity in Meta Ads: Meta Pixel misinterprets our custom sizes. If a customer buys one print of 30x30 cm, Meta currently records this as 900 conversions instead of 1 unit of product. Language and Email synchronization: English-speaking users add products to the cart but receive automated abandoned cart emails in French. Lost conversions: Some successful purchases do not trigger the final conversion tags on the site. Scope of work and expected results: Data Layer optimization: Implement (or provide exact code for our developer) a reliable Data Layer that captures the correct dynamically calculated price (value) and actual product quantity (quantity), isolating print sizes into a custom parameter. GA4 e-commerce tracking: Fix the add_to_cart and purchase events to trigger exclusively on user action with accurate e-commerce array data. Google Ads: Fix the "Purchase" conversion tracking to ensure accurate ROAS calculation based on the actual cart value. Meta Ads Pixel and CAPI: Fix the purchase and add_to_cart tags so that Meta tracks 1 physical product as 1 conversion. Set up Meta Conversions API for greater accuracy. Audience creation: Create custom remarketing audiences in GA4 and Google Ads based on specific products and user language (FR and ENG). Fixing Email marketing triggers: Ensure that the active user language parameter (FR/ENG) is correctly passed through GTM to our email marketing platform for proper language flow.

We are looking for a specialist who has practical experience working with Allegro as a marketplace and can help us understand the launch of sales. We sell window products: roller blinds / pleated curtains. Right now, we need to check if the account, listings, delivery, product parameters, descriptions, photos, and overall launch logic are set up correctly. We need not a theoretical consultation, but a practical analysis: what is currently done correctly, what may hinder sales, what needs to be corrected first, and how to move forward better. What needs to be done: Check the Allegro seller account. Review our listings. Evaluate the titles, descriptions, photos, and product parameters. Check the delivery settings and shipping times. Suggest how to better present product sizes in the listings. Explain what may hinder the appearance of products in search results. Provide specific recommendations on what to change to launch sales. Work format: Zoom / Google Meet, approximately 60–90 minutes. After the consultation, we want to receive a short list of specific actions: what to correct, what to check, what to do first. It is important for us to find someone who has actually worked with Allegro and can provide practical advice, not just general information about the marketplace.
A website needs to be created on WordPress similar to this one - https://anastasiiahridina.com.ua/. Preferably 1 to 1 with only a difference in design. Functionality and idea should be the same as in the sample website. There should be an administrative panel through which content can be edited. We will fill the content ourselves; this is not required in this order. The main idea is to have the ability to upload electronic files, and the client should be able to add them to the cart, pay, and the system will automatically send them to the client's email. Payment through a payment system - sending the file that is included in the order. So, a connection to a payment system is needed. Everything else should be like on the sample website: product catalog, search, responsiveness, etc. It is also necessary to connect the website to hosting and a domain.
