Мы спрашиваем:
1. Когда наш клиент предъявляет нашу карточку в заведении то необходимо сканировать его карточку через вашу клиент-программу, получить данные о клиенте с нашего сервера и записать их в вашу базу;
2. При оформлении покупки отправить из Айко на наш сервер сумму покупки.
Айко отвечают:
1) Написать плагин для iikoFront либо через плагин для iiko Card5 server (который будет подключаться к нашей системе лояльности и получать данные из нее).
2) Аналогично пункту 1 , только отправлять данные в вашу систему (это будет в режиме онлайн)
либо же подключить наше API и ваша система будет запрашивать данные (это будут данные по запросу либо некий OLAP-отчет)
