Много раз делал данную интеграцию. В комментариях Вам правильно сказали, что у тильды нет апи для работы с товарами. Варианты могу быть, но оно того не стоит. Экономия времени для автоматизации работы с товарами будет нивелирована необходимостью другой ручной работы. Заказы передать - не проблема в постер. Отзывы в профиле. Ставка минимальная и в сторону уменьшения рассматриваться не будет
