2. Данные с поля "желаемое время звонка" (внимание когда пользователь выбирает поле "свой вариант" появляется дополнительное поле где он может указать время звонка самостоятельно) - в карточке создать строку желаемое время звонка и пилить ее туда
3. Данные с поля "email" - не попадают в карточку
4. Данные с поля "комментарий к заказу" - не попадает в карточку
5. UTM метки не попадатют в карточку
