Goal: to create a minimalist online cosmetics store with a white background, black logo, and simple typography. The design and behavior are similar to modern niche e-commerce sites: catalog grid, off-canvas cart, single-page checkout, reviews in the product card.
Technologies
Frontend: Nuxt 3 (SSG or SPA mode), Pinia, Vue Router, Tailwind CSS.
Backend/API: Node.js (Express or NestJS) + PostgreSQL (Neon/Supabase).
Hosting: Vercel/Netlify (frontend), Render/Railway (backend).
Analytics: GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.

Home: hero block, bestseller grid, "About the Brand" block, advantages, email subscription form.
Catalog: grid of 2–4 products, sorting (price/new), simple filter (category/availability).
Product card: photo gallery 1:1, name, price ("from..." for variations), availability, short description/composition, reviews, recommended products.
Cart: off-canvas on the right + separate cart page.
Checkout: one page (contacts, delivery Nova Poshta: branch/address, online payment, agreement with policies).
Information pages: About the Brand, Delivery and Payment, Returns, FAQ, Contacts, Privacy Policy, Public Offer.
Functionality
Products: categories, "out of stock" status, variations (optional).
Reviews: form (name, rating, text), moderation (isApproved).
Cart: add/change/remove, summary, local storage (localStorage).
Delivery: integration with Nova Poshta API.
Payment: integration with one provider (Fondy / WayForPay / MonoPay / LiqPay).
Notifications: email to the client (confirmation) + admin (new order).

Now regarding the backend, from what was mentioned above, I see that Node is not needed for you - it's too much for such a project, well Express is already cool for this. I would take either Strapi or something similar, FastAPI could also be an option - it will work with data faster.
As for Nuxt, you need SSR mode for SEO.
As for the last point, everything seems to be standard.
