Target audience: B2B/B2G clients in FI/SE — welding workshops, metalworking, engineering, maintenance, vocational schools, procurement managers, technical directors.
We have analytics on the target audience, clients, markets, segments, past orders, and ICP — everything will be provided to the contractor for work.
Task:
To find and systematically process B2B/B2G clients in Finland and Sweden through LinkedIn outreach + cold email backup.
What needs to be done:
- Search for ICP companies through LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
- Find decision makers: owner, procurement manager, workshop manager, technical director, school procurement.
- Collect contacts through Apollo.io / Vainu.io / Hunter.io or similar.
- Launch LinkedIn outreach through HeyReach or similar.
- Prepare cold email backup through Instantly.ai or similar.
- Verify emails through NeverBounce or similar.
- Maintain a database and pipeline in HubSpot / Pipedrive / Google Sheets or similar.
- Write short personalized messages using ChatGPT / DeepL / Gemini or similar.
- Work according to our analytics: ICP, segments, list of industries, past B2B clients, dormant clients, geography FI/SE.

- Reply rate: target 5–8%.
- 3–7 qualified B2B leads / meetings per month in the first stage.
- After a trial period of 2–3 months — goal of 8–12 qualified leads / meetings per month.
Must-have:
- Experience in B2B outbound.
