Доброго дня. Пропозиція цікава, хотілось би обговорити деталі. Єдине питання це 3% від собівартості виробу виплачується 1 раз? Чи 3 % від продажів? Якщо від продажів, то тоді актуально і можна поговорити!!!

Нам нужен на постоянную работу профи, понятное дела нужно проверить квалификацию хоть как то. По эту сначала прошу мне написать на вайбер или созвонится. Поменьше бы таких работников которые ничего не сделали а уже критикуют. Всем кто реально может работать в базисе можем дать много заказов на прорисовку

нам нужен всего 1 заказ на проверку, не сложный чтобы понимать адекватность прорисовки. Потому что бывает то присадку расставят как попало, то вообще полочки в воздухе ни к чему не прикрепляются

Можно запросить портфолио и определить, подходит вам спец, или нет.
Не думаю, что у уважающего себя хорошего специалиста есть желание бесплатно выполнять работу.

Serhii Berezhnyi 3 September 2020Всем доброго дня. Это разводняк. Такой оплаты за работу не даже у ученика. У нас в Кривом Роге в отделе дизайна дизайнеру платят 6% от стоимости заказа а не 1% от себестоимости.

Если не устраивают условия, Вас никто ничего не заставляет делать. Наш штатный конструктор зарабатывает больше 15000 грн (намного больше) и не жалуется, заказов много, готовы взять в команду работника, лояльного и опытного. Вы же ничего не сделали только критикуете, мол розводняк и где то там где вас нет - лучше. Не понимаю зачем тратить на это время.

Я работал руководителем дизайнерского отдела, знаю что и как и не где то там. А 15000 и у нас зарабатывают, это не показатель в вашем случае.

Если материала на 7000 грн. дизайнер заработает 200грн. Изучайте, господа, Базис-Мебельщик чтоб ни фига не зарабатывать.
