Automation must be correctly configured for two countries: the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
Task:
When creating a lead or order in Bitrix24, the phone number must be automatically saved in two formats:
For the Republic of Moldova:
- national format: 069******
- international format: +373*********
For Romania:
- national format: 07***************
- international format: +40************
Currently, if the phone number is not specified in international format, Bitrix24 does not send messages to the client.
What needs to be done:
- set up automation for new leads/orders;
- make automatic conversion of the phone number to national and international format;
