Оплата будет определена после того как увижу какой объем работы успевает делать человек, насколько старателен и т.д. Сейчас ориентируюсь на 10 000 грн в месяц за быстрое корректное выполнение заданий.
В чем рисовать? Я готов рассмотреть все варианты. Фотошоп, фигма, корел для вектора - пока что работали так. Если есть какие-то более рациональные варианты - я всегда открыт к новому.
Что рисовать? Landing page, сайты, web-презентации. Примеры работ (то что делалось ранее).
Обязательно ли быть в офисе? Нет. Нужно быть в офисе когда это рационально (срочная задача, часть элементов рисуется на ходу, рационально нахождение дизайнера и верстальщика рядышком).
На чем работать? Будет круто, если у вас ноутбук. Дополнительно к ноутбуку монитор на офисе найдется. На офисе есть и ноутбуки но у них видео слабое. Будет докупаться в ближайшее время по мере возможностей техника.
Есть планшет для рисования.
