Database (Notion): Keep track of all calls and statuses of girls to maintain a history of interactions. Requirements: Experience in HR, recruiting, or Executive Search for at least 2 years (conducting interviews/screenings). High emotional intelligence, insight, ability to see hidden motives of people. Systematic, literate, ability to work with Notion/Google Sheets. Conditions: Format: Permanent position, but with part-time project work (you connect for each new client). Workload (per client): A total of about 40 hours of pure time for the entire year. The workload is unevenly distributed: in the first 1–2 months (active search phase) — 10–12 hours per month. After that (support and dating mode) — only 2–4 hours per month (chat responses, feedback collection). Payment: $300 – $450 for managing one client (payments are staged, tied to project milestones).
