Я конечно не эксперт, просто прохожу мимо (и уйду дальше, не злитесь), но у меня как у разработчика - сразу вопрос, что столько акцентов на "3 года в гейминге", но эта вакансия в последствии для Фронт-Энда. И тогда не понятно зачем мучать человека. Ожидается использовать жёсткие связки API внутриигрового пространства с веб-сайтом. или просто лендинги пилить и формочки с оплатой онлайн настраивать?
Иначе человек из "гейм-дева" не придёт к вам фронт-эндером... Или я что-то не понимаю, может кто-то из разрабов игр тут напишут?
На мой взгляд именно это нужно уточнять сразу, а то мир HR превращается в какой-то хаос.
Рекрутинг должен быть профильный, а не вот это вот всё..
