Data sources: 1C (BAS): our sales, net margin (distribution between services and goods), workload of service posts, KPI of masters and managers. GA4 + advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook): expenses, clicks, leads. Binotel: call statistics and unique numbers. We will NOT use intermediate Google Sheets as a database — this is fundamental. Data must be pulled directly (via OData or direct lightweight connectors).
