Исправление и доработка Kanboard

Движек имеет простой устаревший фронтенд с багами. Нужно оптимизировать следующее:
Стили: почистить/сократить код, подравнять отступы, заменить цветовую палитру, улучшить юзабилити или предложить свой вариант оформления резиновой разметки с чистым кодом.
Баги: имеется баг, при авторизации не происходит редиректа, если сайт является поддоменом и расположен в поддиректории - поэтому приходится в ручную переходить по ссылке. Возможное решение исправить httaccess или прописать редирект в ручную.
Быстродействие: нужно сократить количество запросов в хостингу (уменьшить количество запрашиваемых файлов - объединить (js, css), исключить не нужные, уменьшить размер). Запросов всего 12, страница в серднем весит 350-400 кб.
Все это нужно выполнить БЕЗ нарушения работоспособности движка.
Проверка на вашей стороне, оплата по сейфу после выполнения работы.
P.S.: Если имеется аналоги или готовые решения взамен Kanboard - готов рассмотреть с последующим выкупом.
