Опыт работы:
Желательно опыт работы в ИТ или ИТ-рекрутером от 1 года;
Работа с вакансиями:
Поиск новых площадок для размещения вакансий;
Размещение вакансий;
Работа с базой данных (площадки по поиску работы, сохранение информации о кандидатах, с которыми был контакт, другие);
Работа с соцсетями, профсетями.
Работа с кандидатами:
Предварительное собеседование с кандидатами - тестирование базовых навыков кандидата;
Предоставление обратной связи кандидатам по результатам пройденных собеседований;
Проведение переговоров в Skype, Email и телефон с кандидатами.
Знания и Навыки:
Желание обучаться и развиваться в области IT-Recruitment;
Владение Excel & Word & Internet;
Знание английского языка приветствуется.
