Подскажите какой формат для вас являться как вы говорите "человеческим"?

Любой формат Солида, ПДФ, ну или на крайняк у Вашего Автокада есть всеми признанный формат для обмена данными -- *.dxf

Для меня не важно в какой вы среде работаете. Для меня важно получить деталь с правильной геометрии в файле dwg, а также алгоритм и принцип изменения либо это сглаживание поверхности либо это редизайн фрагмента.
