Выкладывая на сайт статью, фото или видео у пользователя должна быть возможность привязать свой выложенный материал к карте. Т.е. через предложенный функционал он заходит на карту, и привязывает свой отчет к конкретной точке на карте. В значок метки идет титульная фотография.
