)) Моя ирония была направлена на формулирование более точного задания, т.е. что конкретно нужно. При клике на картинке переход на определенный ресурс делается в html документе конструкцией <a href="#" >, где # - адрес страницы, на которую заточена ссылка. К дизайну картинки "вшивание" ссылки никакого отношения не имеет) Успехов!

Такое средствами Вконтакте делается только в группах в меню или страницах.
В новостной ленте при открытии картинки открывается только картинка. Ссылку делают отдельно в виде текста -
