Designing a workspace

General Information

• Dimensions of the table: 3000 × 800 × 2200 mm (L × W × H)

• Height of the tabletop: 900 mm

• Material: 18 mm chipboard, "Light Oak" (or equivalent).

• Back part: closed with solid chipboard (for rigidity and aesthetics).

• Edging: 2 mm on visible parts of the tabletop, 0.5–1 mm on other parts.

• Purpose of the documentation: it is necessary to design the table as a detailed project suitable for cutting. The dimensions and diagrams must be clear to the workers who will carry out the cutting and edging of the parts. I am attaching a sketch of the table. I plan to order from ViYar, it will be an advantage if the person has experience working with this factory.

• Price for the project: I indicated an approximate price, I do not know how much it costs

Table Configuration

1. Division into sections:

   • Left part — workspace: 1500 mm wide.

   • Right part — area for 3D printers: 1500 mm wide.

2. Upper section (shelf for storing filament):

   • Distance from the tabletop to the bottom shelf of the cabinet: 950 mm.

   • Depth of the shelves: 350 mm.

   • Height of the compartment (each shelf): 300 mm.

   • Shelves should be closed with facades on gas lifts, which open from bottom to top.

   • Inside the shelves, provide borders with a height of ~50 mm, so that the filament spools do not fall out when opened.

3. Tabletop:

   • A single plane with a length of 3000 mm and a depth of 800 mm.

   • If necessary, provide a cut in the area of division into sections (1500+1500).

4. Shelves under the tabletop (only in the working area):

   • Height of the shelves: 150–200 mm.

   • Purpose: tools, boxes.

   • In the 3D printer area, there should be no shelves — free space is needed.

Technical Holes

• In the upper left corner of the workspace (above the tabletop) — holes for the installation of the network filter.

• In the lower right corner in the printer area (near the floor) — similar holes for cable routing and installation of the network filter.

Additional Requirements

• The table must be disassemblable (assembly with confirmat / mini-fixes).

• Use adjustable legs for leveling.

• For the upper facades, provide gas lifts (80–100 N)

• The table project must be executed in the form of detailed drawings and cutting maps, understandable for the workers who will carry out the cutting and edging in production.
