Consultation on Allegro.pl for product launch

We need a specialist in Allegro to launch a product in Poland.

We are looking for someone with real practical experience in launching and promoting products on Allegro.

We are a Ukrainian online business "Fіrmova Shtora". We sell day-night roller blinds. We are currently testing entry into the Polish market through Allegro.

We do not need someone who will just "create a store" or "fill in listings". We need a specialist who understands how to actually launch a product on Allegro to get the first signals of demand: views, clicks, favorites, customer inquiries, first sales.

What we already have:

product — day-night roller blinds made to individual sizes;
understanding of the product and production;
photos / drafts of listings;
basic pricing and size logic;
willingness to adapt photos, descriptions, prices, and listing structure;
desire to launch a test in Poland without unnecessary chaos and without "a store for the sake of a store".

What we need from the specialist:

Analyze the niche on Allegro:

is there demand;
who are the competitors;
what are the prices;
how do they format their listings;
is it worth entering with our product.

Help prepare for the launch correctly:

listing structure;
SEO titles for Allegro;
product description;
color / size options;
logic for custom-sized products;
photos / infographics;
price table;
return / complaint rules;
preparation for Allegro Ads.

Help to not just format but to conduct the first sales test:

which listings to launch first;
how many there should be;
what is the minimum budget needed;
what metrics to look at;
after how many days to draw conclusions;
what to change if there are no sales.

Ideally, the specialist should be able to not only advise but also help implement:

finalize listings;
suggest on photos;
set up / check Allegro Ads;
explain to us how to manage this independently in the future.
