The best option is to process price lists using Python on a separate server. It's flexible, can be adapted to any supplier format, automate updates, and control data.
But if you need something cheaper and simpler, there are other ways:
- Google Sheets – you can upload data there via API and synchronize with OpenCart.
- Excel (csv, xls) – generate files and upload them in the admin panel using standard tools.
- YML – if the supplier supports it, you can set up auto-updates via YML parser.
- OpenCart API – if you have API enabled, you can write scripts to upload products and prices directly.
… - Ready-made modules – like Import Pro, Total Import Pro, etc., but they may have limitations.

And regarding translations, you probably encountered attributes, and it's not very developed there, but I translate the site, for example, through a translator and then import it into Google Translator.
