Filling out the final table (Full Name/ID, specialty, experience, country, contact status, availability of video confirmation of skills if available). Initial surveying of 10–15 candidates regarding relevance and profile compliance. Requirements for the performer: Availability of tools/access to local sourcing channels or databases in the specified regions.
