Коллега прав, можно использовать и свободную лицензию, или музыку без авторских прав.
Есть еще один способ:
использование музыки из фонотеки YouTube (находится в творческой студии Ютуба)
И есть способ для продвинутых аранжировщиков ))) - это аранжировать имеющуюся мелодию так, чтобы алгоритм распознавания контента признал аранжировку уникальной. -

Немного некорректна постановка.
Понимаете, Вы в Ютубе используете в своем контенте (неважно, с коммерческими целями или без) чужой контент, который становится частью Вашего. При этом. используете площадку с определенными правилами по поводу авторства (согласны Вы с ними или нет, - вопрос, скорей, философский ? ).Хотите Вы того или нет, но с этими правилами придется считаться. Или использовать другую площадку.

Все композиции (а также любой контент) защищены авторским правом, но некоторые могут прокатить мимо проверки "ID контента", но рано или поздно, придет письмо от Rights Holder'а, к примеру от AdRev, что с этого момента видео будет монетизироваться в пользу Rights Holder'а. Тогда у вас будет 3 выхода:
1. Приобрести лицензии на AudioJungle и утереть ею нос Rights Holder'у
2. Чёто напридумывать написав убедительный текст через "подать возражение " - "Типа у меня все пучком и у меня есть лицензия" ("взять на понты", а вдруг прокатит) - у меня так пару раз получалось )
3. Удалить/заменить композицию через функцию "звук"
