We had deferred family funds of 6000 dollars that were not divided, and now my ex-husband denies that they ever existed. Should I go to court with these funds for the division of property, or is it better to go to the police to prove that these funds existed? Should this be handled by the court or the police? Because I have no direct evidence that we had these funds.
