Main conditions:
1 - thematic relevance of the niche thread - must have. (that is, if dating, then something related, about relationships, etc.)
2 - geo corresponds to the geo target of the domain - must have (that is, if FR - then the location is French and accordingly the language of the comment). The traffic location is expected via Ahrefs. No India, copies, etc.
3 - Ahrefs DR 30, traffic 2k from the target location
4 - not a zero profile (a bare profile with one message with our link - not ok)
5 - mandatory indexability (absence of noindex, script text, etc.)
