Уважаемая Ярослава. Стоимость вариантов перепланировки или планов с расстановкой мебели в среднем стоит 100-150 грн/м2. Это стоимость работы хорошего архитектора/дизайнера, который очень грамотно и ответственно относится к своей работе. А значит при согласовании или оформлении нового паспорта в БТИ вам не завернут документы, потому что дверь из ванной выходит в совмещенную гостиную. 500 грн явно маловато для оплаты такого объема работы (160 квадратов). Спасибо за понимание.

Добрый день, окончательную планировку смогу дорисовать сама, я дизайнер интерьеров, сейчас много заказов, а эту квартиру делаю для себя, уже много перерисовала вариантов планировок, и хочу чтобы еще кто-то зделал свежие наброски...

Нужно сделать только планировку квартиры (стен без мебели с обозначением где кухня и с/у), есть исходник квартиры в архикаде , могу выслать программкой.
Как можно грамотно сделать планировку стен без привязки реальной мебели, тем более кухни, и соблюдения всех габаритов... которые стыками элементов влиют на все этапы строительства.

естественно с привязкой основной мебели, тоесть с пониманием реальных размеров мебели... к счастью сейчас детально не нужно привязываться к каким-то стандартным рамерам , мебель в основном делаю под заказ.
Сама дизайнер интерьеров, знаю что хочу, но по планеровке хотела еще чтобы ктото прорисовал квартиру, так как делаю для себя,.. это оказывается сложнее чем для когото..
