Hello, I am engaged in architectural design of buildings and land areas, I have a diploma and architect's certificate. What I need from you: topographic and geodetic survey at a scale of 1:500 (geodesy, surveying, five hundred) with marked elevation points and/or engineering networks, buildings, etc.; an extract from the cadastre for the plot and the cadastral number and location; if there are plans-facades, cross-section of the building and site plan with the buildings placed; links from the network; a list of requirements and wishes for the house (if it has not yet been designed) and for the plot, if available, and if the buildings have not been designed - geology and land management project; photo-video documentation of the plot from different angles from the territory of the plot and from a distance so that the surroundings around the plot boundaries are visible; other available data.
I will design the organization of the plot area - a scheme of intended development with buildings-paths-plants combined with the layout plan, a scheme of vertical planning and earthworks, a layout plan for planting plants.
