A fixture for welding parts needs to be developed!!! Project description! 1. The base must be solid!! It needs to hold 5 parts! 2. It must be mounted on a rotating table!!! The table size is 1200×600; there are holes on the table for fastening the fixture with M12 threading with a grid of 200×200. The distance between the parts must be sufficient for welding corner seams using a welding robot!!! 3. The chisels must be quickly secured and well positioned!! 4. One side stop should be completely rigid (main base), from which the robot starts the program reference. The opposite stop should be movable — it can be implemented as a quick clamp (Toggle Clamp), a screw bolt, or a folding plate.5. During welding, the parts heat up. This also needs to be taken into account!

Looking for a systems engineer / DevOps / server hardware specialist to conduct profiling (resource consumption analysis) of a script on BAS and calculate the optimal PC configuration for 24/7 operation. What needs to be done: Analyze resource consumption of the script: Run the provided BAS script in different modes (for example, 1, 5, 10, 20 threads). Conduct profiling of actual consumption: CPU (Single-core / Multi-core), RAM (memory leak dynamics over a long distance), disk (IOPS / read-write), GPU / iGPU (check if there is a load on the graphics). Identify "bottlenecks" and calculate the exact resource consumption coefficient per thread. Calculate the necessary power: Provide an accurate hardware calculation for our target number of threads (for example, 50, 80, 100, 150). Provide configuration recommendations: what processor is needed (Consumer or server Xeon/EPYC), RAM size and frequency, SSD requirements (NVMe IOPS), motherboard (VRM for 24/7), and cooling. Prepare a specification for purchasing a PC: Compile a ready-made budget specification of specific components. Requirements for the performer: Understanding the specifics of Browser Automation Studio or browser automation tools (Puppeteer / Selenium / Playwright). Experience in conducting benchmarks and load testing (Stress-testing / Profiling). Deep understanding of modern hardware (DDR4 vs DDR5, PCIe lanes, VRM, server vs desktop hardware).
Development of a mechanism for alternating the flipping of plastic cupsProject Goal It is necessary to develop only the mechanism for flipping plastic cups "every other one" for an automatic production line. The device must ensure the following sequence: 1st cup — without flipping (0°) 2nd cup — flip 180° 3rd — without flipping 4th — flip 180° and so on. As a result, the output should produce the sequence: 0° → 180° → 0° → 180° → ...What is already available The cups move along the conveyor in a single row. Before the mechanism, all cups have the same orientation (lid up). Only the flipping unit needs to be developed.Proposed Operating Principle The following scheme is considered: A dividing screw synchronizes the flow of cups. All cups gradually rotate to the position of 90°. Then, the cam mechanism acts only on every second cup. Every second cup returns from the position of 90° back to 0°. The others continue rotating to 180°. As a result, we get: 0° 180° 0° 180° If the performer offers a simpler, more reliable, or more technological solution — we are ready to consider it.Requirements1. Develop a complete 3D model in SolidWorks It is necessary to model: dividing screw; flipping mechanism; cams; guides; shafts; mountings; all necessary parts.2. Perform kinematic verification It is necessary to ensure that: the mechanism operates without jamming; there are no intersections of parts; the cups are flipped correctly; the mechanism is suitable for manufacturing.3. Conduct Simulation / Motion Study It is necessary to perform an animation of the mechanism's operation in SolidWorks Motion. It should be visible: the movement of the cups; the rotation of parts; the sequence of flipping every second cup.Work Result The performer must provide: source files SolidWorks (*.SLDPRT, *.SLDASM); assembly; Motion Study; animation video; STEP file of the assembly; drawings of the main parts.
Project Description:I am looking for an electronics engineer for a paid technical consultation on repairing network equipment.Problem Summary:There is a 4-channel GSM-VoIP gateway GoIP4. The device has started to go into a cyclic reboot (the relays click every 2 minutes, it does not accept calls, and it resets authorization). What has already been checked:The power supply has been replaced with a known working one (12V/2A) — the problem persists.SIM cards have been removed and checked — the symptoms are the same without them. The problem is 99% likely to be in the hardware (internal power circuit on the board, degraded capacitors, or a burnt-out DC-DC converter). What is required from the contractor:Consult on typical issues with this board and suggest which power circuit elements should be checked first with such symptoms.Important: If you are located in Cherkasy (or are willing to accept the board via Nova Poshta), we can arrange for physical diagnostics and re-soldering of components as part of this project. Please respond if you have experience in component-level repair of motherboards, routers, or similar telecommunications equipment.
Task: create a prototype adapter that will allow the use of tool brand A on video processor brand B. There are two brands of endoscopes (camera on a flexible tube), let's call them brand A and brand B. Each system consists of a video processing unit (video processor) and a working tool that has a CMOS sensor installed. The analog signal from the CMOS goes through wires via its own connector (each brand has its own) into the video processor, then the video is transmitted to the monitor via HDMI. Hypothesis 1. Both endoscopes use the same CMOS. We know for sure that model A uses the OV6946 sensor (https://www.ovt.com/products/ov6946/). Visually, sensor B looks similar to sensor A. Hypothesis 2. It is possible that video processor B has a different polling or synchronization protocol. Hypothesis 3. Initial experiments with simple "color-coded" wire connections did not yield results. Therefore, it may be necessary to develop a matching board. What we provide: working tools A and B (2 pieces each, can be disassembled). Video processor B (can be carefully opened). Connectors A and B. Video processor A - under question. Requirements: experience with CMOS, signal analysis using an oscilloscope, development of signal processing circuits, assembly under a microscope (the conductors are very thin, have a shield and a central core). The image quality should not noticeably suffer! The prototype must be reliably assembled and suitable for transportation. Result: working prototype on a breadboard, documentation (circuit, description). Deadline from the moment of receiving materials: 2-3 weeks Propose a cost.
