Position Objective:

Ensuring prompt service for all new inquiries generated online (Facebook Lead Ads) for quick qualification (confirmation of budget, area, location) and scheduling a meeting or call with an Expert.

Main Responsibilities:

Rapid Contact: Responding to new notifications from Telegram and CRM, contacting the lead by phone in a SHORT time from the moment the inquiry is received.
Preliminary Qualification: Conducting a short qualifying conversation:

Sending Materials: Overseeing and verifying emails (catalogs, price lists).

3. Expectations and Requirements:

Experience (preferred): Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or B2C (knowledge of the construction/real estate industry is a plus).
Soft Skills: High personal culture, excellent diction, and ability to conduct a phone conversation (assertive but friendly tone).
Work Organization: Willingness to work with automation systems (Make/CRM) and prioritization of tasks (responding to hot leads first).
Tools: Proficient use of MS Office/Google Workspace, knowledge of basic CRM/project management systems.
