Turnkey landing page on Webflow

I am looking for an experienced specialist to develop a "turnkey" landing page on Webflow for a brand in the mental health sector. Currently, there is only a technical specification, logo, and color scheme — the structure, design, and layout need to be implemented independently, taking into account modern UX/UI.

Important: I need not just a developer, but a specialist who can think like a product/marketing person and create a conversion-focused landing page.

Tasks:

• development of the landing page structure based on the technical specification
• creation of the design (minimalist, modern, in the style of mental wellness)
• implementation on Webflow (responsive, with attention to speed and code quality)
• connecting a payment system
• integration with a Telegram bot (leads / actions after payment)
• basic analytics

Requirements for the performer:

• experience in creating landing pages "from scratch" (both design and development)
• strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion
• confident work with Webflow
• experience with integrations (payment, bots, API / webhooks)
• ability to work quickly and without unnecessary complexity

It would be a big plus:

• experience in creating selling landing pages (courses / subscriptions / digital products)
• understanding of sales funnels (landing → bot → payment → content)
• experience working in the health, psychology, or education niche
