    Добрый день, Леся.

    Я так и не понял: Вам надо просто анимировать пути энергии на прикреплённой схеме, или построить 3D модели и сделать 3D анимацию, как в примерах для визуализации, и её зачем-то перевести в GIF?

    И потом в GIF? Какого разрешения? Какой длины? Какого качества? Размер файла Вас не беспокоит (подобный GIF будет или очень большим или ужасным по качеству)?
