Нужно найти документы родственницы в Херсоне.
Есть дата смерти (1992 г, полная дата имеется) в Херсоне родственницы (ФИО тоже есть).
Нужно:
1. Узнать точное место смерти (один из интернетов/домов престарелых в городе).
2. Истребовать все документы на этого человека из этого учереждения (есть сканы документов для подтверждения родства).
3. Выслать все эти документы мне почтой.

Для того чтобы посторонннму человеку предоставили документы, вам необходимо нотариально заверить разрешение на юридическое представление ваших интересов
И документы предоставят только в случае предоставления оригиналов или нотариально заверенных копий

по моему опыту, сканов тоже хватает. смотря на кого попадешь.

Чтобы получить документы обычных копий недостаточно.. Копии мало ли кто и откуда мог бы достать. Плавали - знаем.
Да и сохранились ли документы на этого человека..
Не проще было бы для начала разузнать где именно умер человек, а с представителями этой организации уже решать все в телефонном (электронном и проч.) режиме?

Собирала недавно подобный пакет документов для доказательства родства по национальности. В некоторых организациях выдают на честном слове, якобы я родственник и хочу взять такую-то справку, а в некоторых требуют доказательства и подтверждение личности документами. Поэтому приходилось не только лично ходить в Загс, но еще и родственников с собой брать из другого города.
