Leads from FB conversations in Excel

We are engaged in recruiting. It is necessary to automate the process of collecting lead candidates from automatic correspondence with Facebook into an Excel spreadsheet. Currently, we manually record the data - First Name Last Name (taken from Facebook), and all other information is provided by the candidate in the auto-correspondence: specialty, phone, email, resume (file/screenshot). All this information should automatically come into the Excel file without failures.

It can be automated, but the method depends on the source from which you conduct conversations. If the correspondence takes place through a fan page, it can be done fully legally and stably through the official Messenger API (Meta Graph API) – then the system will retrieve messages, contact data, and attachments directly from the page account and save them to Excel or Google Sheets.
However, if the conversations are conducted from a private account, Meta blocks access to messages via the API. In that case, the only solution is Puppeteer (or a similar tool), which automatically logs into the account, reads messages, and saves data. This solution works well but requires additional security and maintenance to avoid account blocks.
The cost of such implementation:
API version (fan page): approx. 1200–1500 PLN net
… Puppeteer version (private account): approx. 1800–2300 PLN net, due to additional configuration and stability testing
Both versions include full integration with Excel (or Google Sheets), CV archiving, and marking missing data.
