Sooner or later the Russians will leave Ukraine and a vast reconstruction project will begin, funded by Western countries and reparations that Russia will be forced to pay.
I own various manufacturing businesses and have strong relations with other related companies and our products are some of the most basic that Ukraine will need in her reconstruction effort. I'm talking about things like fuel tanks for generators or construction machinery, sewage treatment plants for temporary housing, industrial waste containers and automotive repair tools.
The person that I am looking for already has strong entrepreneurial skills, they should be well connected within both the private sector and local government representatives, they will need strong communication skills and be able to do business in a degraded economic environment.
