We are looking for an independent Zoho CRM specialist or freelancer to help us configure, customize, and further develop our CRM system according to our internal business processes.
We are not looking for an agency or a large integration company. We need a hands-on specialist who can work directly with the system: understand business processes, configure Zoho, customize logic, implement automations, and support the CRM after changes are made.
Main tasks:
- analyze the company’s current processes and Zoho CRM logic;
- configure and customize Zoho CRM according to business needs;
- create and modify pipelines, fields, statuses, roles, and access rights;
- set up automations, notifications, tasks, and business rules;
- integrate Zoho with other services if needed;
- improve existing processes and fix issues;
- provide recommendations on the optimal use of Zoho;
- support and further develop the CRM after implementation.
Requirements:
- hands-on experience with Zoho CRM;
