🏗️ Need an Investment Consultant in Real Estate / Financial Analyst (Development, Luxury)

🔍 We are looking for a specialist to prepare an investment package for a private or fund investor.

📌 Tasks:

• Packaging the project for the investor

• Preparing a business plan (structure, description, SWOT, market, strategy)

• Developing an investor presentation / pitch deck

• Creating a financial model (Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, ROI, DCF, scenarios)

🏗️ Project:

Luxury / development object (real estate) in Ukraine. Basic information, concept, introductory data are available — assistance needed in financial packaging and presentation.

✅ Expectations from you:

• Experience in real estate / development / investment projects

• Ability to build financial models (Excel, Google Sheets)

• Skills in creating investor presentations (PowerPoint, PDF, Pitch Deck)

• Preferably — cases or portfolio (will be an advantage)
