Нужно сделать такое изделие, как на фото, нужен чертеж деталей для лазерной резки или фрезы.
Колесо крутиться не должно. Полочки для кексиков или бургеров (см фото) могут быть тоже стационарными, не в форме корзинок, а просто место, где можно поставить кексик.
Колесо должно быть отдельной деталью, ножки - отдельной. Чтобы можно было их снимать для более компактной транспортировки.
