I am a Visual Systems Architect (Startfire Studio). My experience working at the global printing giant RR Donnelley guarantees that the layout will be technically flawless:
1. Realism of metal (Main request): To avoid the "plastic" look of the roll, I will apply the technique of frequency decomposition and overlay high-resolution steel texture masks. This will add micro-detailing that will look natural at a 1:1 scale.
2. Technical accuracy: A scale of 1:10 at 300 dpi is the optimal standard. I will strictly maintain a safe zone of 300 mm from the bottom so that the eyelets and hem do not "pierce" the site, contacts, or important parts of the graphics.
3. Readability: I will check the contrast of the fonts and letter spacing so that the name "Service Metal Center" can be read in traffic within 2-3 seconds.

* I recommend making the working file at a scale of 1:1 with a resolution of 72dpi, as this option will result in much better quality when printed. The math here is simple: 720x290mm at 300dpi when enlarged in production to the original size and with the mandatory proportional reduction of resolution - dpi (otherwise the image will "blur," because the original pixels will be supplemented with generated ones), will give 7200x2900mm at 30(!!!) dpi, which is more than twice less than the 72dpi that I recommend. For such sizes of the banner, this resolution will be sufficient for quality printing.
