Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing content for various social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram. The role requires expertise in photo and video filming, editing, and creating compelling social media campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. 

Create and edit photos and videos to be used in social media campaigns, using a variety of tools including iPhones. 

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other content creators to promote brand awareness and increase engagement. 

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform social media campaigns. 

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust campaigns as needed to achieve marketing goals. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.(preferable) 

English - B2+

Experience in social media marketing and content creation. 

Proficiency in photo and video filming and editing, including experience with iPhone editing tools. 

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, and experience in leading campaigns on these platforms. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Creative problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
