Comprehensive Klaviyo Account Audit Conduct a full audit of the account and provide a detailed report. It is necessary to evaluate: • audience segmentation; • existing lists and segments; • automations; • email flows; • performance metrics; • email deliverability; • sending settings; • analytics system; • strengths of the account; • weaknesses; • missed opportunities. Based on the audit, a list of all identified issues, recommendations for their resolution, and prioritization of implementing changes must be provided.2. Analysis of Existing Automations For each existing Flow, it is necessary to provide: • what works well; • what works insufficiently effectively; • what opportunities are missed; • what needs to be changed; • recommendations for improvement; If there are any important automations missing, it should be indicated what should be created and why.3. Identifying Growth Opportunities Identify all potential areas for development. Parsing and database formation (Contact collection) It is necessary to collect a database of active Instagram accounts based on specified criteria. Sources/Geo: Ukraine (search by keywords in bio: bedding, textiles, clothing, manufacturer, robes, etc.).
