Непонятно, на сайте просто база данных с адресами сайтов и на нем же нужно заполнить поля? Или переходить на каждый сайт и там искать и заполнять поля?
Если второй вариант, то скорее всего нереально, учитывая разный дизайн

Есть перечень ссылок одностраничных сайтов -- это тхт файл, в каждой новой строке указана ссылка.
На каждый из них необходимо зайти и заполнить 2 поля (Имя и Номер телефона). Поля везде одинаковые. -
Если есть перечень то значит ничего сверх сложного в этом не должно быть. Алгоритм собрать можно. Да будут исключения что где-то на каком-то сайте может не пройдет. Но все же ...
